Do You Qualify?
To qualify for an Alberta off road fuel tax rebate, you must consume a portion of your fuel in an off road capacity in Alberta. Some areas which are considered off road are; private property, oil field lease sites, construction sites, farms, logging roads, bush roads, oilfield roads, etc.
If you are prorated under IFTA, an adjustment will be made to your Alberta consumed fuel according to your IFTA filing.
